The Department of Culture, through the municipal library, teaches tomorrow March 24 at 6:00 p.m. a psychoeducational workshop where, through theory and practice of emotional intelligence exercises, it will be seen how emotions are worked in times of change.

The activity, which will take place at the Pablo Ruiz Picasso Cultural Center, will be free until full capacity is reached and to participate, you must register by writing an email to Bibliotecapicasso@torremolinos.es or by calling 952 385 182.

Participation will be free and to register it is necessary to send an email or phone for the reservation.

Thus, the delegation reports that the presentation, which will be given by the therapist Concepción Bañasco, will consist of an interactive art therapy and mindfulness class, where the participants obtain tools for their emotional self-regulation.

It is a living workshop where positive awareness challenges are created for greater decision-making power and the ability to act effectively in the face of adversity, always within a framework of respect and trust.
