Torremolinos, December 16, 2020. The first performance of the Torremolinos Comedy Theater Cycle will begin this Saturday, December 19 with the play ‘Una Rubia no tal Legal’ from 12.00 pm in the Associations booth. For its part, the Prince of Asturias municipal auditorium in Torremolinos will host on Sunday 20, also starting at noon, the children's play “Hansel and Gretel”, an adaptation of the classic novel by the Brothers Grimm, by the company Aquarium Theater.
After the postponement last weekend of 'Insert Coin' until next January 9, this Saturday the I Torremolinos Comedy Theater Series opens for the adult audience, with 'Una Rubia no tal Legal', by the company COPO Producciones, which will start at noon at the Associaciones Booth at the Torremolinos fairgrounds.
In the representation, you will see yourself as a respected lawyer, looking for a new ward to elevate in the world of law. So he goes through a selection process and the secrets are discovered, reproaches and stabs in the back fly without rhyme or reason in this crazy comedy that will make us wonder if everything is worth getting a job.
The price of tickets will be 10 euros if purchased online, through the website copoproducciones.com/entradas, and 12 euros if purchased at the box office.
The children's play ‘Hansel and Gretel’ will be performed in the Prince of Asturias municipal auditorium and the comedy ‘Una Rubia no Tal Legal’ will be shown at the Associations Stand
Entertainment for the whole family
After the success of ‘Cubisú y los cubicubos’, the children's theater repeats this Sunday. Again, the ticket sales system will be online through the page www.latiendadelasentradas.com, at a price of three euros and with a limited capacity of 200 seats out of the 2,000 that the auditorium normally has. Like last weekend, tickets will also be on sale at the box office before the show, although you can only pay by bank card.
Those interested will be able to see how the Aquarium Theater company makes a theatrical and musical adaptation of this work by the Brothers Grimm in which the friendliest side of the protagonists is highlighted: not even the father is so out-of-bounds (circumstances push him to make the decision of abandonment), neither the witch is so evil (we will see it in the unexpected ending), nor the children are so naive, only boys willing to live their adventure, learn along the way and look for the occasion to reunite with their father.
